Straight Outta Hollywood:  "Emmy Ernie!"  

This exclusive event, held at Churchill's Food and Spirits, buzzed with excitement.  It isn't everyday that you get to meet a hometown hero who has taken his talents to the highest level of his profession, garnering multiple awards in Hollywood, including the coveted Emmy and Annie awards. What makes his story even more amazing is that his roots are from the working-class Eastside of Flint. Ernie's story is compelling, funny, sweet, and he is utterly charming.  It was a warm and intimate atmosphere and we had lots of laughs with every seat occupied.  Guest were able to ask questions afterwards, and some shared their touching stories about how his work has  impacted their lives. What a phenomenal event.​
